Publication conditions
Science Bulletin of Poltava University of Economics and Trade. Series “Technical Sciences” publishes original articles which meet its scope. The article must be relevant, involves the findings of comprehensive research, novelty and substantiation of scientific conclusions following the stated objective or new trends and directions for the development of methods or production equipment based on in-depth analytical review of the available scientific outcomes.

To publish an article in the Scientific Bulletin of Poltava University of Economics and Trade, “Technical Sciences” Series, No. 2, 2026, the following must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026:

The journal does not charge a submission fee. The publication fee is charged only after an article has been accepted for publication and has no influence on the peer-review process or editorial decisions.
Submitted manuscripts are subject to editing, peer review, and plagiarism check.
If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee.
After making the payment, the author must send a scanned copy of the receipt to the editorial office.
The publication fee is UAH 1,700 (up to 12 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and publication of the article.
The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.
Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.
Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1,000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website before November 15, 2026.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before December 15, 2026.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
