CHANGES IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF COMPANIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR: EXPERIENCE AND PRIORITIES OF MULTINATIONAL AND UKRAINIAN COMPANIES IN MATTERS OF HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to generalize the experience of companies in matters of formation and development of organizational culture, especially in conditions of crisis, in particular, war, determination of the main priorities and directions for its improvement, especially in matters of human capital management. Research methodology. The goal set in the article was achieved using the following research methods: logical generalization and scientific abstraction, structural analysis, analytical method. The results. The process of developing and improving organizational culture does not stop at domestic enterprises even during the war. On the contrary, the war significantly changed the values of companies, strengthened corporate social responsibility, not only wages became important for employees, but also a sense of belonging to the company, unity of the team and understanding that everyone in the company works for a common goal. The biggest challenges in wartime people management are keeping workers safe, maintaining team productivity, and ensuring continuity of work processes. The main factors that influenced the change of organizational culture in multinational Ukrainian enterprises were determined. The priorities of multinational and Ukrainian companies in matters of human capital management have been summarized. Practical significance of research results. The practical use of the proposed theoretical and applied approaches will improve the level of organizational culture in multinational and Ukrainian companies.
