ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY ON ATTRACTING FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the impact of digital (digitalization) of the economy on the study of foreign direct inquiries in the economy of Ukraine. Research methodology. During the study of the given methods: system-analytical, analysis and synthesis, economic-mathematical, economic-statistical, graphic, equal, induction and deduction. Research results. The article reveals the essence of the concept of "digital economy" and analyzes the development of digital savings in Ukraine on the basis of global rating indices for 2015–2020 (Global Competitiveness Index, Doing Business, Economic Freedom Index, Corruption Perceptions Rating, Direct Investment Efficiency Index, Global Innovation Index). A structural analysis of foreign direct investment by type of economic activity (priority areas for investment in the processing industry of Ukraine) and geographical diversification by capital-exporting countries. The structure of foreign direct investment by type of activity for 2020 is also considered, the rating of countries by the volume of investments is given. The modern tendencies in formation and realization of the state policy of Ukraine and the sphere of digitalization are investigated. The basis of this digital economy of Ukraine "Ukraine 2030E" is considered. Systematized and transformed on the basis of basic digital technologies, methods of visualization and transformation, to create digital technologies. The significance of the research results is practical. Strategic developments of stimulation of development of digital economy and effective use of innovative technologies of Ukraine in the conditions of "digital technologies" are offered. Among the options to highlight the development of infrastructure for broadband Internet, mobile Internet (4G, 5G), the basic technical base for e-commerce and e-business, transactional commerce and e-business, transport-commercial-Internet-Internet Internet, percentages of operational analytics will promote the transformation of Ukraine's economy into digital and increase the level of investment attractiveness of the country in the international market. Prospects for research will be to improve the mechanism of the digital economy of Ukraine with the analysis of the study of foreign direct investment in all sectors of the economy.
