INNOVATIVE TRENDS OF BUSINESS PROCESSES DIGITIZATION OF TOURISM ENTITIES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to research innovative trends in business processes digitalization of tourism entities in order to emphasize their importance for the tourism industry development. The article is aimed at the review and systematization of modern digital technologies and tools that affect the optimization and improvement of the efficiency of business processes management in the field of tourism. Methodology of research. The goal set in the article was achieved using the following research methods: logical generalization and scientific abstraction, literary analysis, structural and comparative analysis, analytical method. Findings. This article examines the role of digital technologies in the provision of tourism activities. A variety of digital technologies and tools that can be used by travel operators and agents, temporary accommodation establishments, catering establishments, airline and transport companies, guides-interpreters, sports instructors, tour guides, guides and other tourism support specialists are considered. It is recommended that representatives of the industry actively implement innovative digital technologies in order to increase competitiveness and meet the needs of modern tourists. Special attention is paid to the positive impact of digitalization on the convenience, accessibility and quality of customer service, improving analytics, optimizing management and expanding marketing opportunities. The article also notes that despite the positive impact of digitalization, its implementation is also accompanied by difficulties and threats, such as high costs of implementing innovative digital technologies, risks of cyber attacks and ensuring the confidentiality of customer data, technical problems, dependence on the Internet and electronic devices, the need in personnel retraining. Practical value. The practical use of the proposed research results will allow tourism operators to improve the customer experience, increase the efficiency of operations and competitiveness, ensure information security. The importance of active implementation of innovative solutions will support the sustainable development of the tourism business in the era of digital transformation.
