CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY OF TELECOMMUNICATION ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the conceptual foundations of the implementation of organizational and economic mechanism for the formation of strategic management of economic stability of the telecommunications enterprise, which operates in conditions of risk and uncertainty.Research methodology. To achieve this goal, the following research methods were used: induction and deduction, comparison, systematization and generalization, analysis and synthesis, strategic analysis.Results. It has been established that Ukrainian telecommunications companies operate in conditions of risk and uncertainty due to the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19, which have a direct negative impact on the economic sustainability of operators. The author's formulation of the category "organizational and economic mechanism of strategic management of economic stability of a telecommunications enterprise" is given. It is assumed that the formation of this mechanism occurs in the process of three stages: design, implementation and reflection. The formation of strategic management of economic stability of the telecommunications enterprise from the standpoint of domestic policy (on the basis of implementing the mechanism of economic stability, formation and management of financial flows and management of external and internal influences) and foreign policy (on the basis of implementing the mechanism of foreign economic activity). It is proposed to consider a permanent mechanism of control over the level of economic stability, which will operate at both the level of foreign and domestic policy of the telecommunications company at all stages of its life cycle. Certain differences of the offered organizational and economic mechanism from existing in the field of strategic management of economic stability of the enterprise which operates in the conditions of risks and uncertainties are defined.Practical significance of research results. The use of conceptual principles in practice will increase the effectiveness of the strategy of ensuring the economic stability of the telecommunications company.
