ANALYSIS OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF FACTORS ENSURING THE RESILIENCE OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS OF ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to provide an analytical substantiation of the transformation of factors ensuring the resilience of socio-economic systems of enterprises under modern crisis challenges caused by a combination of military, economic, energy, and logistical shocks. Particular attention is paid to identifying structural changes in the system of resilience determinants and determining their impact on the adaptability of enterprises in an environment of increased uncertainty. Research methodology. The achievement of the stated objective is ensured through the application of methods of logical generalization and scientific abstraction, structural and comparative analysis, analytical evaluation of statistical data from international and national sources, as well as a systemic approach to studying the interrelationships between key groups of resilience factors. Additionally, elements of dynamic analysis are used to assess changes over time and identify development trends. Results. It has been established that in 2020–2024 there was a transformation in the structure of resilience factors of enterprises, characterized by an increased role of digital and financial mechanisms as key compensators for infrastructural constraints. It is substantiated that the most dynamic relationships are observed between infrastructural shocks and digital solutions, which stimulate the development of remote work, e-commerce, and cloud technologies, as well as between financial resources and logistics processes, which determine the ability to maintain operational activities of enterprises. It is revealed that domestic enterprises operate under an asymmetric configuration of factors, where a high level of digital accessibility is combined with limited innovation activity, which reduces the efficiency of utilizing the existing resilience potential. Practical significance of the research results. The application of the proposed approaches will enhance the adaptability, resilience, and efficiency of enterprise operations, ensure more rational use of resources, and contribute to the development of applied tools for managing the resilience of socio-economic systems in the context of post-crisis recovery and European integration processes.
