DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF LOGISTICS SUPPORT FOR INNOVATIVE PROJECTS AS A FACTOR IN ENHANCING ENTERPRISE COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role of digital transformation of logistics support for innovative projects as a key factor in enhancing enterprise competitiveness in the context of global economic uncertainty, rapid technological change, intensifying competition, and wartime challenges that significantly disrupt supply chains and business processes. The research emphasizes that logistics systems capable of adapting to digital changes become a critical element of sustainable development and innovation-driven growth. Methodology of research is based on the application of systemic and structural-functional approaches, which make it possible to consider logistics support as an integrated system within enterprise management. The analytical base includes contemporary academic publications, best international practices, and analytical reports of global consulting and research organizations in the field of digital logistics, supply chain management, and innovative project implementation. Findings. The findings of the study identify and characterize the key stages of digital development of logistics systems, namely digitization, digitalization, and full digital transformation. The article substantiates the influence of advanced digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, blockchain, digital twins, big data analytics, and robotics on improving the efficiency, reliability, and adaptability of logistics support for innovative projects. The main directions of transformation of enterprise logistics activities are systematized, including process automation, real-time data integration, predictive planning, and the development of smart supply chains. It is proven that the comprehensive integration of digital solutions enhances flexibility, transparency, and resilience of logistics networks, reduces operational risks, and increases the economic returns from innovative activities. Practical value. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of applying the obtained conclusions and recommendations in enterprise practice. They can be used to assess the level of digital maturity of logistics systems, formulate and implement digital transformation strategies, optimize logistics support for innovative projects, improve decision-making quality, and strengthen competitive positions in both national and international markets, particularly under conditions of instability and crisis.
