CRITERIA AND CONSTRAINTS OF THE ECONOMIC AND MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND CYBERSECURITY OF AGRIBUSINESS UNDER CONDITIONS OF ECONOMIC FINANCIALIZATION
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to provide a scientific substantiation and generalization of a system of criteria and constraints for modeling digital transformation and cybersecurity in agribusiness under conditions of intensified financialization, as well as to determine their role in ensuring sustainable and adaptive development of agricultural enterprises in the digital environment. Research methodology. The methodological framework of the study is based on systemic and structural–functional approaches, as well as methods of logical generalization, formalization, decomposition, and analytical modeling. A comprehensive approach is applied to identify technological, financial, institutional, organizational, environmental, and social parameters of digital transformation, along with constraints determined by budgetary, temporal, regulatory, human resource, and risk-related factors. Results. It is proved that effective management of digital processes and cybersecurity in agribusiness is possible only through an integrated combination of a system of criteria with a set of constraints that determine the realism and adaptability of digital transformation models. It is substantiated that the implementation of digital technologies and cybersecurity systems requires not only investment capacity and regulatory compliance, but also a stable information infrastructure, accessibility of innovative solutions, and an adequate level of digital competencies of personnel. It is established that the proposed analytical framework enables risk forecasting, alignment of managerial decisions with the conditions of financialization, and enhancement of digital and cyber resilience of agricultural enterprises. Practical significance of the research results. The practical value of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the proposed model by agricultural enterprises and public authorities to select optimal trajectories of digital transformation, assess cybersecurity risks, increase the level of digital maturity, and ensure compliance with modern standards of agricultural sector development under financialization.
