INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT LOGISTICS IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study and generalize modern approaches to the formation of innovative strategies for the development of transport logistics in the conditions of digitalization, to determine their impact on the efficiency of logistics processes in transportation and the competitiveness of the enterprise, as well as to identify promising areas for the introduction of digital technologies into the logistics management of transport logistics. Methodology of research. The goal set in the article was achieved using the following research methods: analysis and synthesis, comparative method, system approach methodology, forecasting methods. Findings. In the process of research, theoretical approaches and practical experience in the formation of innovative strategies in transport logistics were generalized. It was established that digitalization contributes to increasing the efficiency of logistics processes through the automation of management decisions, the use of intelligent information systems, and the development of platforms for monitoring and forecasting. Key areas of innovation strategies have been identified: the implementation of Big Data and analytics technologies, the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, the use of blockchain to increase the transparency of supply chains, the development of electronic transport and logistics platforms. It has been proven that the implementation of these strategies ensures increased competitiveness of transport companies, reduced costs and reduced time for logistics operations. Practical value. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of applying established approaches to the development of innovative strategies in transport logistics to increase the efficiency of logistics flow management. The results obtained can be used by transport and logistics companies to optimize costs, improve the quality of customer service and strengthen competitive positions in the market. The proposed areas of logistics digitalization can become the basis for the development of corporate strategies, business models and practical recommendations for the implementation of modern digital technologies in logistics activities.
