MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCE PROVISION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE GENERAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyse actual aspects of resource provision management in the context of the general management system of the educational institution. Methodology of research. The achievement of the purpose set in the article is carried out with the help of the following research methods: logical generalization and scientific abstraction, structural analysis, analytical method. Findings. The analysis of scientific works shows that there is no unified methodology for the formation of mechanisms for resource provision of the educational process, which determines the theoretical and practical value of the study. Ukrainian scholars (A. Chorna, O. Kremin, V. Almeka, etc.) have studied aspects of resource provision. In general, the concept of “resource provision” has several interpretations. Practical value. The purpose of the article is to deepen and analyze the theoretical and methodological aspects of interpreting the definition of “resource provision” of the educational process as a concept of education economics, as well as to study the management structure and essence of resource potential, classify the resources of the industry. Emphasis is placed on the need for rational use of resource potential when implementing a competency-based approach to education, creating a separate effective subsystem for managing resource provision within the overall management system of an educational institution. Reforming education, creating a competitive environment and forming a market for educational services raises the issue of effective management of resource support for the educational process, which is an effective means of implementing a competency-based approach to teaching the New Ukrainian School. The problem of insufficiently updated material base of institutions is intended to be compensated for by resource centers created by territorial communities - interschool and inclusive educational institutions.
