ЦИФРОВА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ЛОГІСТИЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЄКТІВ ЯК ЧИННИК ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Метою статті є обґрунтування ролі цифрової трансформації логістичного забезпечення інноваційних проєктів як чинника підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств в умовах глобальної невизначеності, технологічних змін і воєнних викликів. Методика дослідження базується на системному та структурно-функціональному підходах, методах узагальнення, порівняльного аналізу й логічного моделювання, а також аналізі сучасних наукових і аналітичних джерел. Результат – визначено етапи цифрового розвитку логістики, узагальнено вплив цифрових технологій на ефективність логістичного забезпечення інноваційних проєктів і систематизовано напрями трансформації логістичної діяльності підприємств. Практична значущість полягає у використанні результатів для оцінювання цифрової зрілості логістичних систем, формування стратегій цифрової трансформації та посилення конкурентних позицій.
