Анотація

Мета статті полягає в аналітичному оцінюванні факторів впливу на раціональність управління процесами діджиталізації мікропідприємництва в умовах динамічних змін цифрового та економічного середовища. Методика дослідження. Досягнення поставленої у статті мети здійснено за допомогою таких методів дослідження: логічного узагальнення та наукової абстракції, структурного й порівняльного аналізу, статистичного узагальнення та динамічного аналізу. Результати. Визначено ключові драйвери діджиталізації мікропідприємництва, зокрема розвиток цифрової інфраструктури, зростання попиту на е-комерцію, підвищення рівня цифрових компетентностей і розширення доступу до фінансових ресурсів. Водночас ідентифіковано основні обмеження, серед яких дефіцит фінансування, висока вартість цифрових рішень, нерівномірність впровадження інновацій та зростання кіберризиків. Практична значущість результатів дослідження. Використання на практиці запропонованих аналітичних підходів дозволить підвищити обґрунтованість управлінських рішень у сфері діджиталізації, оптимізувати використання обмежених ресурсів та сприятиме ефективнішій реалізації стратегій цифрової трансформації мікропідприємництва.
