МЕХАНІЗМИ СТИМУЛЮВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙ У ВІДНОВЛЕННІ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ЄВРОПИ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано питання збільшення розриву між США та Європою у створенні інновацій, що яскраво виражається через різницю у таких показниках як венчурні інвестиції, ринкова капіталізація компаній, кількість компаній-технологічних гігантів. Досліджено фактори, які системно спричиняють міграцію успішних європейських стартапів закордон та піднято питання важливості зміни підходу у приватно-державному партнерстві щодо фінансування та підтримки стартапів: державне фінансування повинно не заміняти, а лише посилювати приватний капітал, даючи можливість силам ринку визначати бізнес-цінність кожної інвестиції. Наголошено на необхідності проведення реформи по створенню єдиного ринку капіталу, адже за умови фрагментованого ринку європейські компанії не матимуть необхідного попиту та інфраструктури для масштабування. Проведено аналіз причинності Грейнджера, де підтверджено причинно-наслідковий зв’язок між ринковою капіталізацією та економічним зростання країни.
