INNOVATIVE CRISIS MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze the theoretical foundations of the crisis management strategy in the context of digitalization, to analyze the general state of the medical industry in Ukraine and to develop an effective crisis management strategy for medical institutions. Research methodology. The method of analysis of scientific literature was used to determine scientific approaches to understanding crisis management, the statistical method to analyze the indicators of the medical industry of Ukraine, graphical and tabular methods to visualize the results and data, methods of generalization and systematization of the material to determine the impact of digitalization on the formation of an anti-crisis management strategy. Results. To begin with, the author studied the evolution of crisis management and the impact of digitalization on it. The main stages of the evolution of the theory of crisis management in the context of digital transformation are studied and it is determined that when assessing a crisis situation at an enterprise, one should not only take into account its economic indicators, but also the general state of the economy and, in particular, the industry in which the enterprise operates. The next step was to assess the general state of Ukraine's healthcare industry under martial law and determine that the main factors hindering its growth are insufficient funding and support from the state, a shortage of personnel, rising costs, and a low level of digitalization of medical institutions. As a result, a digitalized crisis management strategy that combines technology, government support, and internal management was proposed, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the overall state of the industry and the development of companies. Practical significance of the research results. The research on the development of a crisis management strategy can be used to reduce the impact of crisis factors in the medical industry and improve the overall economic performance of their activities.
