EXPERT ASSESSMENT IN THE PROCESS OF DIAGNOSIS OF THE LEVEL OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING MANAGEMENT DECISIONS.
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to identify opportunities and optimal ways to use expert methods to assess the level of economic security of economic entities. Methodology of research. In the process of research the monographic method, the method of content analysis, methods of synthesis and generalization, graphic method were used. Findings. The expediency of using expert methods to assess the level of economic security of the enterprise is substantiated. The list of expert methods suitable for use in practice to assess the level of economic security of the enterprise is summarized. An assumption is made that it is necessary to prefer expert assessment of the level of economic security of the enterprise in an individual form. The stages of using expert methods in the process of assessing the level of economic security of the enterprise are systematized. In particular, such stages as selection of a method or set of methods, search and selection of experts (internal and external), questionnaire of experts, formation of expert group, description of a problem situation (task statement), choice of parameters for estimation, formation of a set of indicators, calculation of weights, work of experts on assessments (individual and collective), coordination of experts' opinions (if necessary), assignment of quantitative and qualitative assessments of score values, calculation of the final indicator of economic security, discussion of results with experts and management, transformation of quantitative score into qualitative on the chosen scale , forming an opinion on the level of security, forecasting, development and management decisions based on the results are offered. The use of the Fishburne scale to determine the weights for indicators of the level of economic security is proposed. Practical value. The use of the proposed approach in practice will increase the level of reliability of the assessment of the level of economic security of the enterprise and optimize management decisions made on the basis of such an assessment. A reliable assessment of the level of economic security will allow to more accurately determine the strategic guidelines of the enterprise in the future.
