DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPTUAL AND CATEGORICAL APPARATUS AS A PREREQUISITE FOR CREATING A COMPETENT ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to define the conceptual and categorical apparatus of an organization, the essence of its basic concepts and categories, and to identify the interrelationships between them as a prerequisite for creating a competent organization in modern conditions. Methodology of research. The purpose of the article was achieved through the use of general scientific and special research methods, in particular: the method of morphological analysis, scientific induction and deduction – to study the essence and content of the basic concepts and categories of the organization's thesaurus, the nature of the relationships between them; the dialectical method – to generalize scientific approaches to the consideration of the basic concepts and categories of the organization's thesaurus; the method of systematic analysis and synthesis – to clarify the directions of using the thesaurus in the process of creating a competent organization, determining the prerequisites for its development and effective functioning; methods of content analysis, logical analysis and theoretical generalization – to substantiate the structure of the thesaurus, methods and tools for its use; graphic method - for visual presentation of information in order to simplify the perception of the formulated conclusions and recommendations. Findings. A generalized conceptual and categorical apparatus of organization is proposed. The expediency of its use in the process of building a competent organization, determining the prerequisites for its development and effective functioning in modern conditions is proved. The necessity of expanding and developing the thesaurus by filling the specialized echelon in accordance with the purpose of the research is substantiated. Practical value. The results obtained will allow deepening knowledge of the basic concepts and categories of organization, understanding the fundamental differences between their interpretation and use as a basis for choosing ways to solve current problems of organizations, gaining competence in unpredictable environmental conditions.
