STRATEGY AND TACTICS OF MANAGEMENT OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodological principles for the development of strategies and tactics for managing the material and technical support of health care institutions. Methodology of research. The achievement of the purpose set in the article is carried out with the help of the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, formalization. Findings. Two levels are distinguished in the system of material and technical support of health care institutions: strategic and tactical. It is shown that effective management of material and technical support of healthcare facilities involves a harmonious combination of strategic planning and operational decisions. To ensure the sustainability of health care institutions in fast-moving market conditions, it is proposed to establish effective monitoring and adaptation of the material and technical base. It is shown that the medium-term planning and use of the material and technical base of health care facilities covers longer periods and involves gradual changes that become noticeable over time. It is proven that strategic planning determines development directions and key logistics priorities, while tactical management ensures the realization of these goals in the short term. It was found that the tactical level of management helps to optimize supply processes and ensures decision-making considering the initiator's short- and medium-term goals. It is shown that the choice of strategic partners is an important stage at the strategic level, but it fits into the general context of strategic management, which includes other stages, in particular, analysis of the environment, strategy formulation and its implementation. The obtained results will ensure stable development and improvement of financial indicators of health care institutions in the conditions of a dynamic market environment. Practical value. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the management of material and technical support of health care institutions.
