FORMATION OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES IN THE COMPETITIVENESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the place and role of the formation of competitive advantages in the enterprise competitiveness management system. Research methodology. To achieve the stated goal, the article uses thematic research and observation, bibliometric tools and graphic methods to study the theoretical foundations of determining the place and role of the formation of competitive advantages in the enterprise competitiveness management system. Results. Theoretical and methodological principles for studying the enterprise management system as a complex mechanism are proposed, including various components and the synergy of their interaction. The classical enterprise competitiveness management system is considered as a set of subsystems, the actions of which are aimed at increasing the competitive advantages of the enterprise. It is proposed to include in the enterprise competitiveness management system such components as management tasks, its object and subject, functions, principles, methods and approaches, which will contribute to a systematic and purposeful search for ways to combine all components of the organizational and economic support of the management system. The place and role of competitive advantages in the enterprise competitiveness management system are determined. The results of the described process are aimed at fixing the existing competitive advantages and building on their basis an individual competitive strategy, which will contribute to achieving the goals of the development of the enterprise's economic activity. It is proven that the competitiveness management system is an art, the purpose of which is to ensure a stable position in the market of goods, works and services despite the changes taking place in it, thanks to the existing competitive advantages and obtained as a result of effective management. Practical significance of the research results. The practical use of the proposed theoretical approaches will contribute to the identification and formation of competitive advantages in the competitiveness management system of the enterprise.
