COMMUNICATIVE MANAGEMENT BASED ON LEADERSHIP AS A COMPONENT OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study and analyze the components of communicative management on the basis of leadership as a component of the personnel management system. Research methodology. The goal set in the article was achieved using system analysis and other general scientific methods: synthesis, systematization, abstraction. Results. The communication process and factors influencing it are analyzed. The importance of leadership qualities in managers and the need to use them in the course of professional activity are determined. The main leadership competencies are considered and characterized in detail. A high level of managerial work in modern realities is achieved precisely through the development of leadership qualities of managers of all levels who are able to organize communication processes in a proper manner. An important component of leadership in communications as part of the HR management system is the choice of an appropriate leadership style that will meet the current circumstances of the organization, ensure clear implementation of the set goals and organization of effective teamwork. In other words, it is necessary to be able to use a separate leadership style (authoritarian, democratic, liberal) or combine them depending on the specific situation in the organization and external circumstances. In the context of martial law, building a communication process based on leadership makes it possible to create and maintain long-term relationships with partners and customers, ensure the stability of the organization's staff, and minimize staff turnover, which in turn increases the competitiveness of the organization as a whole and the effectiveness of its activities in particular. Practical value. In today's environment, the communication competence of a managerial leader allows making effective management decisions, promotes team cohesion and teamwork, increases employee motivation, helps implement HR policies, accelerates the processes of creating productive communications based on common values, and maintains the overall competitiveness of the organization.
