Abstract

The purpose of the study. The article is aimed at studying the systemic foundations of motivational management in modern economic conditions, in particular, under martial law, and identifying ways of its effective implementation in management practice. The article reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of motivational management, its key functions, and analyses various approaches and methods that contribute to improving the efficiency of organisations. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of the motivational environment on labour productivity, as well as the role of modern tools and technologies in the system of motivational management. Research methods. To achieve this goal, general scientific research methods were used: analysis and synthesis, systematisation and generalisation. Findings. The results of the study include the definition of the main approaches to motivational management, among which are economic, organic and humanistic. The article emphasises that each of these approaches allows to provide various aspects of employee incentives, including material, social and psychological support. A detailed analysis of motivation methods was also carried out, including economic (salary increases, bonuses, profit sharing), organisational and administrative (control, orders, regulations), social (promotion of social protection, collective support) and psychological (persuasion, encouragement, creation of a harmonious working environment). Particular importance is attached to the concept of motivational monitoring, which is defined as a tool for continuous monitoring, analysis and management of the level of employee motivation. Motivational monitoring allows assessing the effectiveness of the organisation's motivational policy, identifying employee needs and developing measures to meet them. This helps to reduce staff turnover, increase job satisfaction and overall productivity. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying its results to improve the personnel management system in various organisations, especially in the context of instability caused by military operations. The developed recommendations will help managers to adapt motivational strategies to the needs of employees and current challenges, which, in turn, will help to strengthen the working climate, increase labour efficiency and ensure sustainable development of organisations. Thus, the study makes a significant contribution to the development of the theory and practice of motivational management, offering tools for solving urgent problems of personnel management in difficult socio-economic conditions.
