JUSTIFICATION OF THE NEED TO BUILD A STRATEGY FOR ENSURING FINANCIAL SECURITY AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR
Abstract
The purpose of the article is to justify the need to build a strategy to ensure financial security and identify its importance in the financial management system of an enterprise in wartime conditions. Research methodology. In accordance with the set goal, the following research methods were used: systematic, logical generalization, scientific abstraction, analytical method. The results. The article substantiates the main tasks on the way to achieving the desired level of financial security of the enterprise in the conditions of war. The requirements for the development of a strategy for ensuring the financial security of the enterprise in the conditions of war and the main conditions for its provision are highlighted. A set of key external and internal threats or weaknesses to preserve the financial security of domestic enterprises are revealed and the main principles contributing to its provision are identified. Proposed types of financial security strategies for domestic enterprises. Practical significance of research results. The use of the proposed approaches to the formation of an effective strategy for ensuring financial security in the financial management system of the enterprise will contribute to overcoming the negative challenges of today and the probability of bankruptcy with its consequences in the future. The proposed approaches to the strategy of ensuring financial security cover issues of diagnostics, selection of optimal financial levers and methods, and mandatory control over the financial activities of the enterprise. The strategy of ensuring financial security in the company's financial management system is aimed not only at increasing the protection of the enterprise from internal and external risks and challenges, but also at increasing the efficiency of its own activities as a whole.
