CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MAIN MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCIENCE OF MANAGEMENT
Abstract
Considering the accumulated scientific achievement of leading scientists, it should be noted that in modern conditions of development, the issue of characterizing the main management problems in the context of the development of management science is still relevant. The nature of management activity and management system is very complex and multifaceted. It includes many details that must be taken into account and prevent the negative impact of threats on them. Today, when the world is experiencing a negative impact on the pandemic, the management system is changing, adapting to the new operating conditions. That is why it is so important to study managerial problems in socio-economic systems. The problems and features of managerial decision-making have always been relevant at all times from ancient to modern times. Modern technologies have a significant impact on the development of management in general and on the sphere of managerial decision-making. And in order for any organization to function effectively, namely, to achieve its goals, balanced, optimal, rational management decisions must be made, regardless of what the management object is doing. Thus, the study of existing management technologies in terms of management decisions is becoming relevant at the present stage. The science of management is a complex and complex element, involving the application of a number of measures to improve the overall performance of any socio-economic system. The purpose. The main purpose of the study is the feature of the main managerial problems in the context of the development of management science. Methodology of research. In the work, a number of theoretical and scientific-practical methods were applied to determine the key aspects of management problems in the context of the development of management science. Findings. As a result of the analysis, the key aspects of management problems were identified and characterized in the context of the development of management science. Practical value. The practical part of the results obtained is the possibility of using the results of the study in the management system of modern socio-economic systems.
